Comments: Usability of People's Network Enquire service

I find enquire to still be a bit lacking.It really is not obvious what exactly is available and to whom. And despite promising 24/7 access I've had two unsuccessful visits when I was informed by a message to come back during hours of operation 9-5pm. Not to mention lost connections (not on my part) and quite frankly I dont think I can handle being refered to another google link.
